Robbins|Reed Custom Homes: Building Your Dream Home Starts with 4 Simple Steps

RobbinsReedRobbins|Reed Custom Homes

Happy homeowners Kathie and Marty knew they wanted a home designed for their favorite frequent visitors – their grandkids. Robbins|Reed listened to their ideas and understood their vision. The Grandkids Dream House in Arroyo Grande is that vision brought to life. Hear what they had to say about our custom home building process here.

What’s Brewing in 2017

RobbinsReedNews

Resolutions are overrated. Our resolve to build better is nothing new and we stand by it year after year. We’re proud of what our team accomplished last year with the opening of two big projects near and dear (and beer) to us—SLO Brew Restaurant and SLO Brew Lofts.

SLO Brew Lofts

Inside the SLO Brew Lofts

Our guys managed the retrofit of SLO Brew’s new home in the Carissa building in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. Today the full service brewing, pub, restaurant and concert venue is open for a good time. Explore the place for yourself, or go wild and book a weekend staycation in the luxury lofts.

Here’s hoping you and yours make the most of the year to come.

We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Our Best Blend

RobbinsReedNews

In March 2015 the SLO City Council unanimously voted to move forward with the Pacific Courtyards, a mixed-use project with office space and nine residential units in the heart of the city’s old town historic district. Learn why this project is Robbins|Reed’s best blend yet.

We Were Framed

RobbinsReedNews

Our team won a competition to see who could frame a house the fastest. No surprise there. We were hustling in support of Peoples’ Self-Help Housing, a nonprofit that serves low-income families who pledge to help build their own home in exchange for homeownership opportunities. This is a cause we care about and think you should too.
