Happy homeowners Kathie and Marty knew they wanted a home designed for their favorite frequent visitors – their grandkids. Robbins|Reed listened to their ideas and understood their vision. The Grandkids Dream House in Arroyo Grande is that vision brought to life. Hear what they had to say about our custom home building process here.
Resolutions are overrated. Our resolve to build better is nothing new and we stand by it year after year. We’re proud of what our team accomplished last year with the opening of two big projects near and dear (and beer) to us—SLO Brew Restaurant and SLO Brew Lofts.
Our guys managed the retrofit of SLO Brew’s new home in the Carissa building in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. Today the full service brewing, pub, restaurant and concert venue is open for a good time. Explore the place for yourself, or go wild and book a weekend staycation in the luxury lofts.
Here’s hoping you and yours make the most of the year to come.
We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Each year we find an opportunity to take off our hard hats and do our part to build awareness of men’s and women’s health issues. This year, in support of the American Cancer Society, we are participating in the Making Strides Walk of San Luis Obispo, and we invite you to join us!
We are also selling commemorative Robbins|Reed t-shirts for $10 to honor the event and promote Breast Cancer Awareness. Women’s and men’s sizes will be available. All proceeds from t-shirt sales will be donated directly to the American Cancer Society.
We hope to see you out there!

This is a cause we care about and think you should too.
In 2011 Robbins|Reed Builders led an optimistic wave of construction across the county. From completing a mixed-use project in downtown SLO to moving forward on custom home construction at Dove Creek in Atascadero and Las Ventanas at Talley Farms, we got the ball rolling and haven’t stopped since.
